Providing Academic Intervention to Improve School Outcomes

Online intervention for schools. We assess every student you send, group them into fours by what the diagnostic shows, and run it for as long as your intervention needs

Small, focused groups of 4 rather than 30 means focused intervention can be applied to students, with using cutting-edge University of Cambridge teaching & research significantly improving academic outcomes

Intervention reaches a handful. Everyone else is taught in thirties

Most departments already run something for the students furthest behind, and sometimes a push at the top. Every other student gets good teaching at a ratio that makes individual diagnosis impossible - not a teaching problem, an arithmetic one.

And the gaps are individual. A student chasing the top grade is losing marks as specifically as one just below a pass. Different contact, same underlying issue: nobody has the hours to find each student's gaps one at a time and teach to them.

We are the hours. Same method in every subject: diagnose, group by need, teach in fours, hand the data back to your department. Schools have been commissioning it exactly on that basis.

What it did in a UK school.

"We have found Cambridge to be a great company to work with. The staff are efficient and communicate in a timely

fashion, whilst at the same time recognising all the other pulls on our time. The more closely we work with the company, the more effective the tutoring we set up together"

Following a 12-week intervention program focused on core GCSE Maths, English & Science, the cohort demonstrated significant improvements across all assessed metrics. Our diagnostic data allowed for surgical precision in addressing learning gaps.

What your school does, and what we do

The most common reason a department turns down external provision is workload, not cost. So here's the split in full, before you spend a call on it. It's the same whichever program and whatever length you run

YOUR SCHOOL

3 THINGS

  • Tell us who's coming — a whole year group, one set, or a handful. No minimum, no cap.
  • Forward one prepared email to their parents. We write it; you send it so it carries your name.
  • Tell us the exam board, the subjects, and anything your department wants prioritised.
  • Nothing else is asked of your staff at any point in the engagement.

Give your students the best possible chance

Complete the enquiry form below and a member of our team will respond within 48 hours to discuss your school's requirements.

We recommend enquiring before the start of the September term, as programme capacity is limited. To maintain our teaching standards, interventions are only offered when we have sufficient availability from appropriately qualified University of Cambridge teaching staff.

Once programme capacity has been reached, additional schools will be placed on our waiting list and contacted as soon as a suitable intervention team becomes available.

Early enquiries are therefore recommended to secure availability for the academic year.
